A solid understanding of, and experience working with students with a range of disabilities and learning difficulties is highly desirable, along with the ability to foster both academic and social growth within the classroom setting.Applicants should also demonstrate knowledge of effective support strategies for students, combined with strong organisational skills and the ability to use initiative.
