Join one of WA's leading civil demolition contractors to work on a major demolition project up north based at 2 mile Dampier. About you: Supervise and coordinate daily demolition activities in compliance with Schedule 26 (S26) regulations and site safety requirements Lead, mentor, and manage demolition crews to ensure safe, efficient, and productive operations Ensure all asbestos removal and hazardous materials works are carried out in line with regulatory standards and site procedures Conduct pre-starts, toolbox talks, JHAs, SWMS reviews, and safety inspections Liaise with project managers, engineers, HSE teams, and subcontractors to maintain project schedules Monitor work quality, productivity, and compliance with environmental and safety standards Maintain accurate site documentation, permits, and compliance records Enforce strict adherence to FIFO site policies, safety systems, and client expectations Desirable / Requirements Section (optional add-on): Current WA Supervisor S26 Certification (essential) Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills Ability to manage crews in remote FIFO environments White Card, Australian Driver’s Licence About Connect Resources Connect Resources are a WA owned and operated recruitment company.
