Key Role: Underground Shotfirer
We are seeking a skilled and experienced underground shotfirer to join our team in Cadia, NSW.
Main Responsibilities:
* To provide leadership and guidance to the blast crew and support the training and development of new team members;
* Performing duties including magazine management, blast loading, tying, and firing in accordance with drill and blast designs;
* Collaborating closely with the blast crew to deliver exceptional service to our clients;
* Maintaining professionalism, integrity, and respect in all interactions;
* Leading by example in upholding our core value: Safety is our Priority, Always;
Requirements:
* A strong team-oriented mindset;
* Proven experience as an underground shotfirer;
* A current NSW Shotfiring Licence or eligibility to transfer from another state;
* Valid Security Clearance (UHL);
* A deep commitment to safety and operational excellence.
