**Your new role**
The Product Manager - Retirement will be required to assist the Principal of Retirement and Senior Product Manager - Retirement with implementing strategies for acquisition, retention and service improvement of the TTR and Income Choice products whilst managing and reviewing documentation and supporting other areas of the business in their retirement-related activities. The Product Manager will ensure product specifications and client requirements align with product requirements and business rules as they are developed for their specific audiences and purposes.
**What you'll need**
- Ability to liaise with a range of staff, key stakeholders and service providers.
- Experience in a product review and development role in the financial services industry.
- Experience with financial aspects of product development including budgets, calculating costs of acquisition and take-up, calculating return on investment.
- Strong business planning and project management skills.
- Highly developed analytical and problem solving skills.
- Advanced presentation skills; verbal and written communication skills.
- Sound network in the financial services industry and the capacity to keep abreast of rapidly changing market trends, industry and legislative developments and manage them proactively.
