Assistant Store Manager Role

The ASICS store management network is expanding, and we are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Fyshwick. In essence, our Assistant Store Managers play a pivotal role in supporting the Store Managers in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store while leading and developing a team, contributing to strategies that optimize sales, customer experience, and store performance.

Key responsibilities include:

1. Leading a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
2. Collaborating with the Store Management team to develop and implement store strategies that drive sales growth, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
3. Recruiting, training, and developing talent to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
4. Monitoring store performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions.

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

* Previous people leadership experience in a similar customer-facing role.
* The ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
* Previous sales experience with the ability to educate your team and customers about products and their benefits.
* An active interest in physical health and wellbeing.
* A self-starter with proven experience in multi-tasking, teamwork, and working in a fast-paced environment.
* Availability to work a full-time roster.
