SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
1. Branch Administrator to join our Port Hedland Depot
Our administrative teams play a critical role in the smooth running of our business. With complex and challenging projects being tackled every day, we need people who are skilled in making sure the right information is available in the right place and at the right time. Joining our local Port Hedland team, you will form a vital part of our business and it’s operations by organizing, implementing and executing administrative functions within the branch.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
2. Delivering administrative and organizational support to aid the smooth running of projects
3. Purchasing necessary equipment for the depot
4. Ensuring information is available in an accurate and timely fashion
5. Collecting, maintaining and processing data and documents
6. Summarizing information that ensures a focus on key points
7. Writing and compiling reports to aid in the strong communication of information
8. Facilitate time sheeting and leave application process for crew members
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
9. Professional level experience in departmental and administrative systems, and MS Office suite
10. Two years of relevant work experience
11. High attention to detail
12. SAP experience desirable
