Prepare and attend to banking processesManage monthly rent roll and billings processLead and manage the pursuit and receipt of outstanding tenant arrearsManage all enquiries and directing and delegating to the appropriate personnel from automated phone telecom systemDaily processing of incoming and outgoing mail items including courier bookingsMaintain and update tenant and contractor records and files, including public liability details, tenant files, leases, bank guarantees, contracts and correspondenceReconcile the Promotion P&L monthly and forecast as requiredMonitor and report all operational complaints to the team.
