We are currently seeking for a Facilities Coordinator on behalf of our client based in Fortitude Valley who is Australia's largest transport energy distributor and retailer.

The Facilities Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the clients office environment and facilities. This multifaceted role involves a combination of administrative tasks, facilities tasks and team support.

**About the role**:
Office Administration
- Greet visitors and provide a warm and professional front-desk experience
- Receive and despatch parcels and mail via courier and collection from PO Box on a daily basis
- Maintain office supplies, reorder supplies as required and ensure stock levels are maintained in accordance with the clients standards
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations and documents as required
Organise and maintain office records and documents
- Co-ordinate meeting room bookings

Facilities Administration
- Ensure the office space is maintained in an organised and clean manner
- Liaise with external vendors and contractors for repairs and maintenance as required by the Building Manager
- Ensure officed equipment is maintained in good working order
- Undertake office induction for new staff members inclusive of issuing staff passes
- Assist with travel and accommodation bookings for staff using the relevant online tool
- Ensuring EV vehicle (where available) is serviced and maintained - this may require you to drive the vehicle to the mechanic

**About You**:
As the Facilities Coordinator, you will:

- Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Have strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

- 6 Month contract with possible perm
- $30 - $40 / hour + super
