Experienced HR Driver / Watercart Operator – Civil Construction
CRE Group are currently seeking an experienced HR Driver / Watercart Operator to join our team for an upcoming civil construction project.
This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, has a solid background operating watercarts on civil sites, and is willing to be a hands-on member of the crew when required. We are looking for someone reliable, safety-focused, and capable of working within a fast-paced construction environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role onsite, ensuring dust suppression and water management is maintained efficiently while also assisting crews with general labouring duties when machinery is not in operation.
To be considered for the role, you must have:
* Current HR Licence
* Construction White Card
* Demonstrated experience operating watercarts on civil projects
* Previous labouring or civil construction experience
* Strong understanding of site safety and daily pre-start procedures
* Ability to pass a medical assessment and police check
* Own reliable transport to and from work
* A positive attitude and strong work ethic
