Currently seeking an EA, this is a role that will see you as a 'go-to' person and backbone to an agent while they are on the field.
**The Role**:
- Provide administration support to a busy agent
- Co-manage the agents diary
- Preparation and coordination of properties listed for sale
- Vendor management
- Attending photoshoots & pest and building inspections
- Ensure accurate compliance of documentation associated with listing and selling properties
- Preparing presentations
- Prepare all pre-auction sales summaries, auction packs and original contracts
- Managing exchanges and settlements
- Liaising with vendors, buyers and solicitors
- Undertake pre-settlement inspections
- Organise Saturday Open Packs
- Ad hoc administration support
- Have a strong administration background in Real Estate
- A Current Certificate of Registration
- Ability to manage a prestigious work load with high end clientele - you will be working on multi-million dollar listings
- Provide a high stand of customer service
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work autonomously & part of a team
