As anEnrolled Nurse withinRAAFA, you will join a team of professionals in providing theexcellent quality of care for which we are known, aligning with ourvalues of Respect, Care and Honesty for both our residents andcolleagues.
Responsible for providing care and support to ourresidents in accordance to their care plans, as an Enrolled Nurse,you will work in conjunction with the Registered Nurse and ClinicalCare Manager to organise the delegation of workload in caring forresidents and be responsible for developing meaningfulrelationships with them.
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will:
Contribute to the assessment, development and review ofresident care plans.
Provide care and support to residents under the supervisionof the Registered Nurse or Clinical Care Manager.
Identify, document and report on resident wellbeing and anychange in status.
Update residents' records as appropriate and in linewith current legislation.
Contribute to assessing the effectiveness of nursing careto achieve outcomes for residents.
Perform specialised clinical nursing tasks within the scopeof practice of an Enrolled Nurse.
Undertaking other tasks as directed by the Residential AgedCare Management Team or Senior Management Staff working withinthe facility.

About you:
Eligible for registration with the Western AustralianNurses Registration Board as an Enrolled Nurse.
Knowledge and understanding of the role and scope of workundertaken by an Enrolled Nurse.
The ability to work autonomously as well as contribute to amulti-disciplinary team that has a people centered focus ofcare.
Demonstrated time management and organisationalskills.
Advanced decision making and problem solvingskills.
An understanding of the Aged Care AccreditationStandards.
Enjoy building positive relationships with residents, theirfamilies and staff.
