Jape Furniture is looking for a Marketing Administration Assistant to join our team in Millner. This is a hands-on, varied role supporting marketing, administration, customer service, and events—perfect for someone who enjoys juggling priorities and making a real impact.

About the Role

In this dynamic role, you’ll work closely with the Director and Store Manager to support daily operations and marketing initiatives. You’ll play a key role in coordinating campaigns, supporting events, and ensuring smooth communication across teams.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide general administrative and secretarial support

* Coordinate advertising schedules, bookings, and budgets

* Assist with digital marketing, social media, and website updates

* Support the creation of promotional materials and campaigns

* Assist with event planning and in-store promotions

* Manage customer after-sales enquiries and resolve issues professionally

* Liaise with suppliers, warehouse, and internal teams

* Support internal communications, meetings, and reporting

About You

You’re proactive, detail-oriented, and enjoy working across multiple tasks. You take pride in delivering great service and keeping things organised.

What You’ll Bring
* 2–3 years’ experience in administration or a similar role

* Strong organisational and time management skills

* Excellent communication and customer service abilities

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

* Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

* Experience in retail or furniture industry (preferred)

* Exposure to marketing or advertising coordination (highly regarded)
