Who Are We Looking For? We are seeking a motivated and experienced Staff Specialist Paediatrician, who will work as part of the Paediatric Department across the North West region. The Paediatrics department provides a consultative service supported by inpatient and outpatient services, as well as outreach services located at regional centres which include the West Coast District Hospital, Smithton District Hospital, King Island District Hospital and Devonport Community Health. The NWRH provides a neonatal service and busy inpatient service. The MCH provides an ever increasing general, behavioural and community paediatrics service. The current senior staffing mix includes full time and part time Specialists with excellent Registrar and JMO support, in addition the NWRH is accredited with the RACP for Registrar training.
