Pier Tasmania is a new waterfront restaurant and listening bar located at the end of Elizabeth Street Pier in Hobart.
We are building something a little different — a venue that blends a refined dining experience with the energy of a great listening bar. A place where guests can move between a set-menu dining experience, a late-night drink, or a moment at the bar — all grounded in Tasmanian produce, curated drinks, and genuine hospitality.
This is not a traditional venue. It's a space built on craft, curiosity, and people who care deeply about what they do.
