CS Legal Bunbury is looking for a Conveyancer who will run their own portfolio with admin support. You may be a PA or Conveyancing assistant looking to move up and take your career in a new direction as a file manager, or someone interested in the property industry and would like a chance to be part of this fast paced and stimulating industry.
This is a permanent full time in office position Mon-Fri 7.30 am – 4.00 pm (start time may be negotiable for the right applicant). We are committed to provide ongoing training.
As a Conveyancer you'll have the opportunity to take ownership of conveyancing files while also providing crucial paralegal support when needed.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Undertaking property settlements from start of matter to completion or a willingness to learn the full process.
* Preparation of documents in a timely manner with attention to detail.
* Document management – ensure an accurate record of all incoming & outgoing correspondence.
* Liaising with clients and stakeholders
* Handle electronic conveyancing and settlements in PEXA
* Settlement Bookings
* Team support – provide efficient and professional assistance to the team as required.
What you will bring to the role
* Conveyancer (if experienced)
* Ability to handle files from start to finish
* Conducting settlements using PEXA
* Conveyancer or Trainee
* Professional and pleasant telephone manner
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites
* Ability to prioritize workload and multitask
