We believe in nurturing talent and providing clear pathways for growth. We are currently seeking a motivated Assistant Project Sales Manager to join our Residential team based at our newly established Round Mountain sales office in New Beith.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Director of Sales, QLD - this role is designed for someone eager to learn the ropes of property sales. You will receive comprehensive on-the-job training and support to achieve the certifications required to transition into a full Project Sales Manager role.
Your key focus areas will include:
* Sales Support: Assisting the Project Sales Manager in achieving monthly and yearly unconditional sales targets while fostering relationships with new and existing customers.
* CRM Management: Proactively actioning all assigned CRM leads within 48 hours and ensuring the live price list sales application is accurately maintained.
* Market Intelligence: Conducting directed market research and competitor analysis to ensure our projects are correctly profiled within the market.
* Customer Excellence: Promoting a \"customer first\" culture by managing enquiries throughout the sales journey and conducting professional project presentations.
* Sales Office Operations: Managing the day-to-day presentation of the sales office, including arriving 30 minutes early to ensure an optimal environment (temperature, cleanliness, and display) for our guests.
About You
We are looking for a polished professional who can work effectively under minimal supervision and possesses a genuine \"can-do\" attitude.
Requirements & Attributes:
* A Real Estate License (or Licensee status) is preferred; however, a valid Australian driver's license and a reliable vehicle are essential.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to deliver engaging project presentations.
* High-level interpersonal and problem-solving abilities with a focus on building long-term stakeholder relationships.
* A commitment to maintaining a professional image at all times and a high attention to detail regarding estate signage and sales tools.
