Immediate Start. Must have full driver's license. This role begins casual, with the opportunity to quickly move into part-time or full-time for the right candidate.

Balloon & Party Store Assistant (Balloon experience preferred)
What We're Looking For
* Balloon Skills – Experience inflating, arranging, and creating balloon garlands, bunches, and custom designs is essential. We need someone confident with balloons and ready to get creative.
* Customer Focused – Friendly, helpful, and able to create a positive shopping experience.
* Team Player – Works well with others, brings positivity, and is reliable under pressure.
* Retail Know-How – Previous retail/customer service experience preferred.
* Energy & Passion – Love for parties, celebrations, and helping people bring their events to life.

* Create stunning balloon arrangements and displays.
* Assist customers in choosing the perfect party supplies.
* Deliver exceptional service with a smile.
* Help keep the store fun, tidy, and visually inspiring.
