We are seeking a dedicated professional to manage claims end-to-end under the NSW Workers Compensation scheme. As a Claims Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting injured workers and driving positive outcomes.
Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of workers compensation claims in line with scheme regulation.
* Take a holistic case management approach to provide positive customer connections.
* Effectively set expectations, communicate and educate injured workers and their employers.
* Work in partnership with the injured worker and their employer to manage their journey in returning to work.
* Ensure timeframes and compliance measures are adhered to in line with legislation and company policy.
