About You
* Caring, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality support
* Experienced in aged care, disability, community care, or similar roles
* Confident working independently and communicating clearly
* Respectful of cultural diversity and individual needs
* Comfortable using mobile apps for rostering and care notes
* Qualified, trustworthy, and aligned with person-centred values
Essential Requirements
* Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Aged Care, Disability, or equivalent
* Current First Aid & CPR
* ACT Working With Vulnerable People (WWVP) registration
* National Police Check
* Driver's licence and reliable vehicle
* COVID‐19 and flu vaccinations (as required)
