Are you an Accountant seeking an exciting opportunity with a global real estate leader? JLL's Value & Risk Advisory division is looking for a detail-oriented Accountant to support our high-performing team across Australia and New Zealand.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Financial Operations: Oversee monthly close processes, reconciliations, and journal entries to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
* Business Support: Provide expert guidance on travel and entertainment, commissions, revenue splits, and system queries.
* Process Management: Coordinate client payment processes, bank reconciliations, and accounts payable workflows.
* Reporting Excellence: Prepare and distribute critical business activity reports that drive operational efficiency.
* Revenue Management: Execute internal revenue transactions and ensure recoverable costs are properly allocated and invoiced.
* System Administration: Manage JLL MS bank accounts, including transfers and refunds processing.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with Valuation & Advisory MD, Residential MD, and Corporate Finance teams.
What We're Looking For:
* Degree in Accounting/Business or Finance.
* CA/CPA qualification (completed or in progress).
* 3+ years of corporate accounting experience.
* Strong Excel skills and ability to master new ERP systems quickly.
* Exceptional attention to detail and analytical capabilities.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proven ability to meet strict deadlines and work autonomously.
Preferred Experience:
* PeopleSoft and EPM/IBM Planning systems.
* High-volume business environments.
* International shared services operations.
* Residential valuations financial management.
