We are seeking a skilled Midwifery Professional to support our Newly Qualified, International Midwives and new staff members.
Main Responsibilities
* Evaluate the effectiveness of the preceptor program and suggest improvements.
* Develop a comprehensive induction process in collaboration with senior staff.
* Work closely with the Head of Education to ensure consistency in post-registration education across the trust.
* Contribute to policy development for post-registration practitioners and B5 RNs in maternity.
* Promote high-quality midwifery care and lead by example.
