Base pay range
A$80,000.00/yr - A$100,000.00/yr
The Opportunity
You'll manage a well-maintained portfolio with full administration, business development, and team support—freeing you up to build strong relationships and deliver top-tier service from Rye to Safety Beach.
What You'll Be Working On
* Build strong relationships with rental providers, renters, and contractors
* Conduct inspections, rent reviews, and manage maintenance
* Ensure compliance and keep systems running smoothly
* Lead by example and help improve our service delivery and operations
What Experience/Skills You'll Have
* Proven experience in residential property management
* Proactive, solutions-focused, and calm under pressure
* A natural leader
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Knowledge or love of the local area
* A current driver's license and reliable vehicle
