About the role
Hare Family Group Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join their team in Esperance, WA. This full-time position is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our thriving restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service and driving business growth.
What you'll be doing
* Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, inventory control, and budgeting
* Provide outstanding customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests
* Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and attract new customers
* Liaise with the management team to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
* Foster a positive and productive work environment, motivating and developing the restaurant team
* Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and food safety regulations
* Analyse sales data and financial reports to identify opportunities for improvement
What we're looking for
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager role
* Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to build and motivate a team
* Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to provide a memorable dining experience
* Proficient in financial management, including budgeting, inventory control and cost control
* Thorough understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in the hospitality industry
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with various stakeholders
* Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional results
