Key Role: Clinical Coordinator
We are seeking an accomplished Clinical Coordinator to play a vital role in our organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering quality clinical support services.
This position will work closely with the Clinical Manager to ensure seamless delivery of clinical governance and management across our service delivery model.
* Clinical Governance: Collaborate with the Clinical Manager to implement effective clinical governance practices, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
* Quality and Safety Performance: Support the Clinical Manager in monitoring and reporting on clinical support quality and safety performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
* Capability Uplift: Promote a culture of continuous learning and development, contributing to the capability uplift of our Disability Support Workers.
* On-Call Roster: Participate in a monthly on-call roster to ensure 24/7 coverage and timely response to client needs.
* Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients, stakeholders, and allied health professionals to address complex clinical needs, provide optimal outcomes, and support our Disability Support Workers.
