York Jewellers is an Australian leader in jewellery manufacturing and retailing, with over 50 years as a family-owned business. Established in Penrith in 1974, York Jewellers is an award-winning jeweller owned by Douglas Ely.

We're seeking a passionate Marketing & Community Engagement Manager to help elevate our brand, foster relationships, and drive both in-store and online growth.
This is a hands-on role that's perfect for someone who thrives in a small to medium-sized business environment and wants to make a real impact.
What You'll Be Doing
 * Plan and execute seasonal marketing campaigns across both digital and print channels.
 * Coordinate product launches, promotions, and brand storytelling.
 * Track campaign performance and adjust strategy based on results.
Social Media Management:
 * Create and post engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
 * Grow our social media community by engaging with our followers.
 * Monitor analytics and grow our reach organically and through paid content.
 * Connect with customers to collect testimonials and stories.
 * Monitor both online and in-store feedback to enhance the brand experience.
 * Build a loyal following by celebrating our customers and community.
PR & Events:
 * Organise and promote in-store events.
 * Organise collection launches.
 * Create guest lists and invitations.
 * Collaborate with influencers, stylists, and local media.
 * Write press releases and help get our story out there.
What You'll Bring:
 * Experience in marketing, social media, or brand management (bonus if it's in retail, fashion, or jewellery).
 * Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
 * A good eye for design and branding.
 * Confidence using Instagram, Facebook, Meta Business Suite, and email platforms like Mailchimp or Klaviyo.
 * Creativity, initiative, and a genuine interest in connecting with people.
