The Opportunity:
As a Porter, you will be the friendly face who welcomes guests on arrival, assists with luggage and departures, whilst ensuring every interaction feels seamless and sincere. Working closely with the Front Office team, you will take pride in making every guest feel genuinely cared for from the moment they arrive.
This is a casual role offering 8–16+ hours per week, with opportunities to take on additional shifts as available.
The Talent:
To be considered for this position, you will bring a genuine passion for guest service, along with natural warmth and professional presentation. Previous experience in a guest service or porter role within a hotel or luxury environment is ideal; however, we also welcome candidates from other service-driven backgrounds such as hospitality or retail, and will provide training to support your success.
Your confident communication, attention to detail and pride in your work will see you become an important part of our Front Office team, contributing to seamless and welcoming guest experiences.
* Previous experience in a guest service, porter or valet role within a hotel or luxury environment highly regarded
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an authentic, engaging style
* A calm, reliable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
* Physically capable of handling luggage and being on your feet throughout the shift
* Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
* Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and a valid Australian Driver's Licence, enabling you to support guest arrivals, departures and service requirements as needed
