Job Title: Customer Support Representative
We are seeking a driven sales professional to join our high-performing team as a Customer Support Representative. This role will see you promoting market-leading products across the quality Hitachi range through a mix of account management and business development.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for partnering with and providing support to our Major Accounts and Regional South Australian customers. You will promote the Hitachi range of parts and service solutions to achieve budgeted sales targets and undertake customer machine inspections with a high attention to detail.
Key responsibilities include establishing and maintaining successful working relationships with customers, efficiently liaising with current and potential customer base with accurate reporting of activity, sales, opportunities and market activity, and ensuring that all interactions with customers and internal stakeholders are conducted professionally and all requests are followed up as required.
To be successful in this role, you will need previous sales experience or previous employment in the construction or earthmoving industry is ideal. A genuine desire to deliver Hitachi's Promise of Total Customer Satisfaction as you develop and maintain positive relationships with customers is essential. Confident, courteous and professional communication and presentation skills, self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously are also required.

* A mechanical aptitude or trade background is desirable but not essential
