Storrier Realty is a locally owned agency with strong community ties and a growing residential rent roll. We are looking for an organised and reliable Property Manager to join our team.

This role involves managing a residential portfolio including landlord and tenant communication, maintenance coordination, inspections, leasing and general portfolio management.

You will be supported by an experienced office team with assistance for arrears, rent reviews and administration, allowing you to focus on managing the portfolio and building strong relationships with clients.

We are seeking someone with property management experience who is organised, professional and confident in communicating with both landlords and tenants. Preference will be given to applicants who hold a Class 1 or Class 2 licence, a Certificate of Registration (or are currently working towards one).
