About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Compliance Administrator to join our Transport team on a permanent full time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Update and maintain relevant systems – Translogix, Beakon, SharePoint
* Develop and maintain training and induction records and relevant procedures
* Ensure all records are maintained, within date and meet legislative requirements
* Provide reports in advanced excel formats as required
* Provide a high level of administrative support to the Transport team
* Raise and receipt purchase orders as required
* Undertake monthly invoicing and reporting functions

* Is proactive in problem-solving
* Has the ability to identify and effectively communicate opportunities for improvement
* Displays critical thinking capabilities
* Has the ability to build rapport with excellent communications skills, both oral and written
