We're a fast-moving production studio working across creativity, technology, and execution. Our clients rely on us to deliver world-class live action, CGI, VFX, and interactive content across multiple platforms.
We're now on the lookout for a Producing Coordinator who thrives on organisation, strong communication, and making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
What are we looking for in a Producing Coordinator?
As our Producing Coordinator, you'll support Producers and the Production Operations Manager by coordinating Post-Production and Master Asset Team (MAT) work within your assigned specialisation.
You'll play a key role in traffic management, resource coordination, and project tracking, making sure work is set up correctly, priorities are clear, and teams are supported to deliver their best work. This isn't a Producer role, but you'll be a vital part of keeping projects healthy, on track, and moving forward.
You'll be working on a variety of tasks, including:
Coordinating day-to-day Post-Production and Master Asset Team (MAT) workflows to keep projects running smoothly
Setting up, maintaining, and closing jobs in Workfront, including budgets, resourcing, and documentation
Populating asset matrices and project documentation as briefed by Producers
Managing traffic within your assigned specialisation, balancing artist workloads and flagging resourcing risks early
Reviewing leave, sick days, and booking conflicts, and supporting task re-assignments where required
Supporting Producers with changes to resource assignments to help maintain project health
Coordinating review sessions, render submissions, and overnight render farm priorities
Sending assets to QA, tracking feedback, and ensuring Producers are across outcomes
Preparing jobs for closure, drafting closure notes, and ensuring Workfront records are accurate and audit-ready
Communicating clearly with Producers, artists, and stakeholders around priorities, deadlines, and changes.
You will have:
Experience in a production, post-production, or coordination role
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confidence working across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Clear communication skills and the ability to work with both creative and technical teams
A collaborative, proactive mindset and willingness to support where needed
Experience using production management tools (Workfront experience is a plus)
