Growing NDIS provider is seeking an organised and proactive Office Manager to support daily business operations across disability services and community programs, including group activities. This is a hands-on role supporting staff, clients and management while ensuring smooth office operations and service delivery. About the Role
The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing administrative functions, coordinating support workers, supporting client services and assisting with operational planning. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day office administration and operations
Coordinate support workers, including onboarding, scheduling and communication Act as main contact point for clients and families Maintain records, documentation and compliance files
Support rostering, invoicing and internal systems (e.g. ShiftCare) Assist with coordination of group activities and community programs (including Capoeira classes) Communicate with Support Coordinators and external stakeholders
Support HR-related processes such as onboarding and staff coordination Assist directors with operational planning and reporting Maintain organised digital workflows and business systems
About You Previous experience in office administration, operations or office management
Confident English communication skills (spoken and written) Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Comfortable working in a small team environment Desirable: Experience in disability services or NDIS
