Managing and developing strategic campaigns for retail, tourism, food, banking and lifestyle brands, this Account Director role will be responsible for leading others, plus innovation and strategy. The Opportunity: Lead a portfolio of client accounts and be a trusted strategic partner to your team & clients Oversee strategy for your clients, strengthen client relationships and achieve business goals Day-to-day campaign management Be a thought leader across integrated media channels (on and offline) Mentor and manage a small team of three & provide ongoing direction and support New business growth (new & organic clients) Develop integrated, data-led media solutions Ensure briefs are running on time, brief, and on budget Provide recommendations to clients Develop paid, owned and earned media briefs Develop and oversee annual client plans, activity and strategy Develop client reports and performance reviews.
