Key Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day operational matters between dnata catering and its customer airlines
* Establish and maintain excellent working relationships with both internal and external customers
* Ensure that all records and data are accurate and up-to-date
* Provide expert advice to customer airlines on all facets of service delivery, including logistical and customs information
* Establish communication service standards and implement company productivity, quality, and customer service standards in accordance with contractual service level agreements (SLAs)
