Talk It Up Speech Pathology is a locally owned and operated provider of quality speech pathology services. The business manager and owner is a Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist with 24 years experience and employs a small team of clinicians and administration support staff.
We provide assessment and treatment of communication and swallowing disorders predominantly for children, but also for some adults. We are registered providers for Private Health Insurance groups, Medicare, Department of Veteran's Affairs and the NDIS.
About You:
* Bachelor of Speech Pathology or equivalent qualification
* Member of Speech Pathology Australia
* Current Driver's License
* Working With Children Check
* Police Check
Position Summary:
You will be responsible for providing high-quality speech and language therapy, assessments and consultations to our clients.

Job Responsibilities:
Primary Responsibilities:
* Provide speech and language consultation and oversight of programs to therapists and clients
* Provide direct speech and language therapy to clients
* Administer speech and language assessments and develop therapy plans for referrals
* Monitor, evaluate and review progress and therapy plans
* Undertake appropriate professional development including self-reflection
Teamwork and Collaboration:
* Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to provide holistic therapy programs
* Comply with all company policies and procedures
