Project Controls Specialist
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Controls Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our project controls group, you will play a critical role in supporting cost estimating, scheduling, and project controls on various projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Assisting in the development and maintenance of project schedules, including creating activity logic and interfaces between schedule activities.
* Gathering and organizing quantity and workforce information for assigned disciplines.
* Preparing routine quantity/workforce loading supporting discipline or specialty work logic.
* Providing support in cost estimating, analysis, and control activities.
To be successful in this role, you will require a strong understanding of project management practices, engineering drawings interpretation, and technical processes. Additionally, you will need excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
The ideal candidate will have recently completed a degree in a relevant field such as process, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical engineering, or construction management. Prior internship experience in relevant construction fields is also highly desirable. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Power BI tools is required.

* Basic understanding of technical processes, engineering drawings interpretation, and project management practices.
