Responsibilities
* Provide the best possible service and outcomes to our clients including the efficient diagnosis and repair of a range of devices.
* Support our large client base with computer hardware repairs, both warranty and non-warranty.
* Travel to customer sites and work within the workshop as required.
Qualifications
* Have a genuine interest and passion for I.T.
* Have well developed diagnosis and repairs skills and solid quality assurance practices
* Experience with building and repairing computer hardware and components
* Experience with diagnostics tools, systems and processes
* Be organised and motivated with strong time management skills
* Familiarity with or a passion for other areas of IT including Audio Visual like PA's, projectors or interactive displays and conferencing solutions, CCTV Security Camera's, Networking, Telephony, Data or a willingness to be exposed to and learn.
* The ability to travel and attend on-site as well as work within the workshop
* This is a full-time position and available for immediate start based in Launceston, working Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 5pm.
* You must be able to demonstrate your experience in a similar role, or demonstrate a passion and willingness to learn.
