* Part-Time, Term Contract: 0.8 FTE for 6 months, transitioning to 0.5 FTE until 30 June 2027.
About the role
The Project Manager supports development and evaluation of a telehealth Mother-Infant Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (T-MiDBT) trial, coordinating research activities, data, ethics, grants, and collaboration with clinicians and lived-experience experts to advance perinatal and infant mental health.
Key duties of the role
* Lead research planning and run pilot studies to guide project direction.
* Develop and evaluate T-MiDBT, adapting the program for telehealth with clinical and lived-experience teams.
* Ensure compliance with ethics, governance, privacy, legislation and intellectual property requirements.
* Prepare grants, reports and scientific outputs, and build research networks across the Unit.
* Liaise with stakeholders to support collaboration, knowledge sharing and research progress.
Skills and Experience
* A relevant doctoral or other equivalent qualification and appropriate research experience.
* Experience in quantitative and qualitative aspects of clinical research in perinatal mental health.
* Well-developed skills in data and information research, extraction, collection, analysis, recording and presentation
* Proven experience in working within a scientific research role
* Proven experience in coordinating or supporting the delivery of effective scientific research activities
