In This Role, You Will:
1. Serve as the first in-depth point of contact for prospective partners and customers.
2. Call on new prospects and develop business relationships with meeting industry associations.
3. Provide detailed product information and make presentations.
4. Identify and qualify partnership opportunities.
5. Partner with the senior sales team to achieve new booked business and industry partnership quotas.
6. Provide product information to prospective customers and industry partners.
7. Demonstrate solution-selling and relationship-building skills.
Here's What You Need:
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent skills and knowledge.
2. No sales experience required, but some experience is preferred.
3. Strong initiative and personal leadership skills, able to work independently and contribute to team initiatives.
4. Strong business acumen, ethics, and high integrity.
5. Comfortable using general office software applications.
6. Excellent at developing relationships over the phone.
7. Ability to handle high outbound call volume with high talk time.
8. Articulate, organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
9. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
10. Prior experience with sales automation tools like Salesforce.com and collaboration tools like WebEx is a plus, but not required.
