Responsibilities
* End-to-End Development: Build, maintain, and document scalable new features while ensuring code is robust and well-tested.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product and mobile teams to scope features, design APIs, and refine the user experience.
* Quality & Security Assurance: Proactively troubleshoot bugs and maintain "bank-level" security standards through rigorous testing and automation.
* Client Integration Support: Act as a technical bridge by onboarding client developers and providing expert support for API integrations.
Qualifications
* 4+ years of experience developing backend systems
* Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript or similar, with experience producing production-quality code.
* Practical experience with relational databases and SQL; familiarity with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure or GCP) or containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes) is highly desirable.
* Experience with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines and source control (Git).
* Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
