Key Responsibilities
* Lead and promote HSE & RTW compliance initiatives.
* Develop, implement, and review HSE policies, procedures, and systems.
* Conduct risk assessments, audits, and incident investigations.
* Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
* Deliver safety and environmental training to employees and contractors.
* Provide clear and actionable advice to leadership and operational teams.
* Influence and negotiate with key stakeholders to drive continuous improvement in HSE & RTW practices.
* Assist the Plant Manager with general administration tasks.
About You
We're looking for someone with:
* Minimum Certificate IV in OHS (mandatory)
* Working knowledge of ISO 45001, 14001 & 9001 (desirable)
· Certificate in Lead Auditor Training (desirable)
* Proven experience in HSE & RTW
* A sound understanding of HSE & RTW legislation, standards, and best practices.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage deadlines.
* Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and driving positive change.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent administration skills using all Microsoft Office Products.
