Job Title: Autonomous Haulage System Technician
The role involves undertaking technical tasks for autonomous haulage systems and fleet management technology at an Australian project site.
Main Responsibilities:
* Operate mobile equipment with integrated automation and fleet management systems in a safe manner.
* Install, troubleshoot, and analyze data collection for autonomous technology systems.
* Collaborate with various teams to discuss safety, environmental, and production targets.
* Conduct statutory inspections and calibrations of equipment.
* Experience working with complex technology-based products in a mining environment.
* Prior experience with Caterpillar MineStar Command or Komatsu FrontRunner systems is highly regarded.
* Understanding of network communications and data collection processes.
* Excellent time management and communication skills are essential.
* A relevant trade certificate in Automotive electrical or Diesel fitting is required.
* A valid C Class Driving License is necessary.
* Cat 793F and Cat 794AC experience is highly valued.
* Prior experience with Cat MD6310 is also desirable.
