What's the role?
As a Relationship Executive in our Equipment Finance 3rd Party portfolio, you will be right at the heart of helping Australian businesses succeed. You will provide proactive sales and service support to our Business Development Managers and broker partners, making sure every interaction feels seamless and value adding.
In this full-time role, based in Melbourne / Naarm, Wurundjeri Country, you will manage a busy pipeline of deals, follow up broker enquiries, prepare and progress applications, and keep everyone updated along the way. You will work closely with Operations, Credit, and Introducers so that customers experience a smooth journey from initial enquiry through to draw down.
You will balance great service with sound risk decisions, always looking for ways to improve how we do things, lift customer satisfaction and grow the value of our portfolio. Along the way, you will be part of a high performing Equipment Finance broker team with a strong sales and customer relationship focus, supported by an attractive and competitive remuneration programme.
What do I need?
* A genuine commitment to outstanding customer service and a sense of urgency to get things done
* A strong track record in delivering sales outcomes in a relationship focused environment
* Confident communication, time management and organisational skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities
* Knowledge or experience in Equipment Finance products, processes and services, or strong willingness to learn
* Effective relationship management skills, supported by solid business and financial acumen
