Key responsibilities
* Previous experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar position
* Initiative, independence, and attention to detail, ensuring excellence with minimal supervision
* Full availability, including weekends and public holidays
* Strong teamwork skills with a positive, can-do attitude
* A genuine interest in learning and developing your culinary career
