Job Description
As a Laboratory Technician at Tanafloc Australia, you will assess the performance of our natural coagulant in water samples from various industries. Your role involves conducting jar tests, performing laboratory analyses, and collaborating with clients to optimise treatment systems.
Key Responsibilities
·Collect water and wastewater samples from client sites across various industries.
·Conduct jar testing to evaluate the performance of Tanfloc on client samples.
·Perform physical and chemical analyses, including pH measurement, colour and turbidity assessment.
·Assess the performance of flocculation processes in a pilot-scale Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF).
·Conduct quality control tests on our products to ensure they meet specified standards and regulatory requirements.
·Interpret and document test results and prepare reports.
·Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments and equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results.
·Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop and optimise treatment systems.
·Adhere to safety protocols and environmental regulations in all laboratory and field activities.

·Valid driver's licence.
·Certificate IV in Laboratory Techniques (TAFE certificate).
·Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.
