Working closely with sales and engineering, you'll craft high-quality solutions, present directly to clients, and help shape the future of digital signage, LED, and advanced AV-over-IP systems.
What You'll Do
- Design and document robust AV systems (digital signage, LED, control systems, IT/AV networks).
- Partner with sales to deliver accurate quotes, proposals, and winning solutions.
- Confidently present solutions to clients, from IT managers to executives.
- Develop and refine standardised solution packages to drive efficiency and scalability.
- Provide seamless technical handover to project delivery teams.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
What You Bring
- 3-5+ years in a pre-sales or solutions design role within commercial AV.
- Strong expertise in digital signage, AV-over-IP, LED, control systems, and supporting IT infrastructure.
- CAD proficiency (AutoCAD/Vectorworks) for detailed schematics and layouts.
- Proven client-facing skills and ability to simplify complex technical solutions.
- A balance of technical excellence with commercial acumen.
- Bonus: AVIXA CTS / CTS-D, experience with Crestron, Q-SYS, or RTI.
