Key Responsibilities:
* Building a pipeline of lending leads and nurturing these relationships throughout the buying journey using our CRM.
* Guiding customers through the lending process, giving them peace of mind that we're here to help them achieve their goals.
* Leveraging credit analysis expertise and understanding of customer needs to ensure positive lending outcomes and future-proof our customers for financial success.
* Building strong, relationship-centric connections with the community, branch, and Branch Manager to deliver effective lending outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Extensive experience in customer service or sales.
* High-level understanding of lending products, policies, and regulations.
* Ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and colleagues quickly, assess their needs, and develop a holistic view of their situation.
* Highly developed credit analysis skills.
* Understanding of small business offerings.
* Consumer lending experience - this is essential.
