An exciting opportunity to join our team of Volunteer Coordinators. In this role you will report to the General Manager of Customer Experience & Volunteers. Feros Care proudly deliver the Aged Care Volunteer Visitor Scheme, connecting seniors in need of support and social connection with caring, friendly, and enthusiastic volunteers. You will be responsible for sourcing, selecting, supervising and the orientation of new volunteers, providing them with the tools to maximise the social engagement of seniors in the community.
This role is offered on a permanent contract located in the Grampians, VIC.

The Role:
* Ensure a current and thorough understanding of national volunteering best practice and frameworks.
* Initial point of contact for client and general public.
* Engage with clients to support continuous service improvement strategies.
* Monitor, action, and report client and volunteer feedback ensuring quality and service standards are met within required timeframes.
* Ensure the efficient use of volunteer resources in accordance with performance objectives and funding requirements.
* Assist in the development, review, and maintenance of policies and procedures.
About you:
* A 'can do attitude', self‐motivated and service‐oriented.
* Proven experience in implementing/volunteering community service programs.
* Experience in developing relationships and stakeholder engagement.
* Identifying innovative new ways to expand, develop and support the volunteer program.
* Experience and involvement in volunteer management preferred, or transferable skillset.
