About the role
You'll provide operational leadership and clinical oversight to Behaviour Support Practitioners in your region, ensuring services are ethical, evidence-based, and outcome-focused.
From coaching and supervision to performance and partnerships, you'll balance clinical integrity, team wellbeing, and sustainable growth, creating a service that truly makes an impact.

About You
* You're a confident, compassionate leader who brings out the best in others.
* Experienced in Behaviour Support within disability or human services
* Strong understanding of NDIS frameworks and best practice
* Skilled in supervision, coaching, and performance management
* Passionate about ethical practice and meaningful outcomes
Requirements
* Postgraduate qualification and/or registration with a recognised authorising body (Preferred)
* Registered PBS Practitioner with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission (required by end of probation)
* Evidence of Proficient Practitioner status or working towards Advanced level
* Rights to work in Australia
* Current paid NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and Working with Children Check
