**About the Company** 
Our client is a well-known WA's most trusted aged-care and disability provider. 
**About The Role** 
The Accounts Receivable Officer will take full ownership of the end to end AR function and providing support to the Accounts Payable and Payroll team on ad-hoc basis. 
**Duties** 
Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Team Lead, the duties include but not limited to; 
- Process scheduled and ad hoc invoices in an accurate and timely manner; 
- Ensure timely collection and allocation of receipts; 
- Ensure a high level of quality customer service and professionalism to all staff, debtors and clients 
- Complete reconciliation of billing batches to funds received; 
- Process claims and investigate abnormal claims 
- Build relationships with their major accounts 
- Allocating and receipting of payments 
- Perform end of month duties 
**Skills and Experience** 
- Prior experience working as an Accounts Receivable Officer 
- High level excel skills 
- Experience in extracting data for reporting purposes 
- High level attention to detail 
- The ability to work autonomously
