As Restaurant Manager, you'll be a founding leader as we open a brand‑new outlet in T3 - setting the standard from day one, building a high‑energy team, creating a great guest experience in a fast‑paced airport environment and running a safe, compliant and profitable operation. What you will do?
Lead, coach and develop a diverse team - recruit, roster and uplift capability so every shift runs smoothly and safely
Own service standards (speed, accuracy, hospitality) and deliver consistent QSC&V
Drive sales and profitability - manage labour, COGS and waste; interpret the P&L; act quickly on insights to meet or exceed targets
Champion compliance - maintain food safety and OHS/WHS training, documentation and audits to required standards
Optimise work-flow - publish efficient rosters in advance, align production to demand, and keep equipment and facilities in top condition
Execute promos, campaigns and new product launches that boost traffic and grow spend
More About You
Experienced people leader from quick‑service high‑volume restaurant, with a track record of lifting team performance and guest satisfaction
Commercially sharp - confident managing budgets, labour models, stock and waste; you translate KPIs into daily actions
Safety and standards champion - comfortable with food safety systems, audits and operating procedures in regulated environments
Hands‑on and calm under pressure; you role‑model the Hungry Jack's values: People Power, Guest Obsessed, Stronger Together, Make a Difference, Growth Mindset
Flexible for a rotating 7‑day roster across early mornings, days and evenings
